I recently tried their salmon and rice bowl and it was nothing short of exceptional — perfectly seasoned, fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. It’s the kind of dish you keep thinking about long after you leave. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, but what truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. Great food! Not only is the food delicious but the environment is relaxed and the owners are welcoming. We didn't have to wait long for our cooked-to-order meal. We dined inside, others ordered to go. A warm and friendly place to be. We will definitely be back with some of our friends.

Wandered into Milk and Honey when I heard music. Just moved back to the area after 30 years in FL. Great atmosphere. Warm and inviting. Thought I was just ordering a chicken sandwich and fries. I wasn’t expecting the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Great place. Will definitely be back.

The pancakes here were delicious. Cooked perfectly and very fluffy. My latte was also very good. I forgot pics of the pancakes because I ate them too quickly 😅 And shout out to the staff. They were exceptionally friendly.

I loved this place and told anyone who wanted a rec to go here for coffee, breakfast bites and the vibes! Staff had regulars and knew all their names. I was visiting from AUSTIN and they were friendly from the time I walked in. Made me a perfect dirty chai and the yogurt parfait was excellent. Ate it at the bar then stayed a while downstairs on a cozy couch in front of the window with the sun shining in. The art was pretty along the wall too! Service with a friendly smile. I loved this place! ❤️

The staff were all absolutely beautiful people! Very welcoming atmosphere. My friend and I had a great time. I got the salmon wrap and it was delicious!!! Will absolutely be back!

10/10, I am hard to impress when it comes to eating out but this spot impressed me. Yes to the food and the people running it. Definitely going back. I ordered a breakfast platter, the home fries were seasoned well and so were the eggs (yummy). Friendly, attentive and witty service. The spot also has events in the evening such as poetry and movie nights. Definitely get you some!

Breakfast sandwich ingredients on a waffle! Delicious and the coffee is really good. I had the white chocolate mocha. They bring your food to your table if dining in. The neighborhood residents bring their dogs in for a quick coffee run. I have to say the people working there are great and was just what we needed to start our day trip into Wilmington. Super close to the train station (5 minute walk). Thanks for being there for us when we needed a morning pick me up!

This place has a good vibe and a good soul. Laid back, RnB music, welcoming staff, and delicious food. Had the Veggie sandwich and Avocado Toast, and both were delicious. The Avocado Toast is slightly expensive (compared to other coffee places, for example), but for good reason! First, the serving size is large, second, the bread is delicious, and third, it was the best Avocado toast I have ever had (i am certain I tasted salt, pepper and garlic, in addition to onions and tomatoes). Definitely coming again, they make really good sandwiches and the place is spacious.
